Your privacy is important to Health Intentionally. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining what information we collect, how we might use that information and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at www.healthintentionally.com (the “Web site”).
The Information Collected
At the Web site, you can subscribe to one of our services (e.g., our online information services), express an opinion, and connect to third-party web sites to order services and products. The Web site contains links to other web sites that are operated by third parties. With prior permission, other sites may also reference or link to this Web site. Health Intentionally is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other sites. Health Intentionally makes no representations concerning any effort to review the content of sites to which it may be linked and has no control over information submitted to other sites. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices prior to submitting any information to those sites, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Age
We respect children’s privacy and will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. As stated in the Terms of Use, you have represented and warranted that you are at least 18 years of age or using the Web site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, do not, under any circumstance, submit any personal information to us and always rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
Email Communication
Health Intentionally may contact you via email from time to time for purposes of alerting you for new blog posts, offers, appointments, confirmations, cancelations, surveys, and/or general communication.
By communicating with Health Intentionally via healthintentionally@gmail.com or info.kierstindewitt@gmail.com, you understand that any information (medical or otherwise) is at risk. Communication of this manner should be done through your Practive for your safety.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional emails from Health Intentionally, you may opt out by replying STOP.
Licenses and Idea Submissions
You grant to Health Intentionally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, to reproduce, sell, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products or services) you submit to public areas of the Web site by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed.
