How does it work?
For Naturopathic Consults, we will work together 100% virtually. This allows you to access support from anywhere.
1. We'll start with a free Introductory Chat to ensure this is the next best step for your health journey.
2. Afterwards, you can book your Initial Wellness Consult where I will give you access to the secure telehealth platform for video consults, forms, messaging, and documenting progress. You'll fill out the intake forms sent to you through this electronic health record system at least 48 hours before your booked time and we will review them at your initial consult.
3. From there, you'll schedule your Wellness Plan Review where we'll go over the plan of action to get you started.
4. Follow ups, check ins, and coaching sessions will typically be every 2-3 weeks depending on how much support and guidance is warranted for your journey. After 4-6 months, we are usually at a good place to check in and review every 6-8 weeks to maintain progress and pivot where needed.

What is Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine?
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a whole-body and Holistic system of medicine that has been used in China for over 2,000 years. It includes utilizing acupuncture, moxa, tuina, guasha, taichi, qigong, as well as dietary and lifestyle changes to help improve the flow of "Qi" or the life force. By doing this, we can improve conditions involving pain, inflammation, mood, and nervous system dysregulation such as; migraines, menstrual disorders, chronic conditions, anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, fatigue, infertility, digestive disorders, chronic and acute pain and more.
Virtually Dr. Kierstin may suggest acupressure points or dietary interventions based on TCM principles to aid in your health journey.
You can also receive Acupuncture from Dr. Kierstin at Ann Arbor Community Acupuncture, learn more and schedule here.

Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, Michigan does not yet license Naturopathic Medicine, though the Michigan Association of Naturopathic Physicians is working to change this. I hold my license in Vermont at this time but this also means we cannot accept Insurance. All payments will be made upon booking.
